A medical expert and clinic owner
From 16k to 236k followers: the medical expert who became undeniable
236k
followers (from 16k)
600k
monthly revenue (from 200k)
The Problem
She had real medical expertise but zero digital visibility. Sixteen thousand followers. Two hundred thousand reais per month. The knowledge was there. The narrative was not. She was invisible in a market where visibility is the currency.
The Approach
Fernando Palacios applied StoryFlow as the narrative backbone and Narrative Remix (the Caracol Supersônico) to multiply content without losing legitimacy. The method was embedded: the 8 Steps structured the narrative, Narrative Intelligence calibrated the tone, and StoryFlow ensured consistency. In 2 years, the audience grew from 16,000 to 236,000 followers. Revenue tripled from 200k to 600k per month.
The Result
The clinic tripled its monthly revenue over three years, from 200k in 2023 to 400k in 2024 to 600k per month in 2025. The base is the monthly revenue reported by the client across the engagement. What it means: narrative work moved the top line of a practice that already had the expertise and lacked only the visibility.

Major fintech, education finance for youth
A theatrical piece in 24 hours: what used to take a month
24h
production time (was 1 month)
10
version approved
The Problem
The client needed a theatrical piece about financial education for young people, structured as a space saga. In the past, Fernando Palacios had done similar work for Dona Benta: 1,248 slides turned into theater. That took a month of no sleep. Now the deadline was 24 hours.
The Approach
Fernando trained AI with his previous theatrical pieces. The AI did not deliver a finished product: iteration is natural. The approved version was the 10th. But the cycle of iteration that used to take a month now took hours. The Palacios Method embedded in the system ensured the narrative quality did not drop.
The Result
The piece toured shopping malls across Brazil and Brasilia. Interactive theater with robots on stage. The client covered two years of work. For Fernando, this was proof of VibeStorytelling: the human describes the intention, the system writes the narrative, and the method ensures quality. What took a month in 2008 took 24 hours in 2026.

ABF, Brazilian Franchising Association
Barefoot on stage: 30 years of franchising in 24 minutes
24min
theatrical performance
30
years of history
The Problem
How do you transform 30 years of institutional history plus technical franchising guidelines into an emotional experience for hundreds of entrepreneurs exhausted after days of conference?
The Approach
Fernando Palacios created a character whose initials spelled ABF: Adalberto Brasileiro da Fortuna. As the story progressed, Fernando dressed himself on stage: flip-flops (contact with the earth), t-shirt (start of the business), dress pants (corporate consolidation). The character encapsulated 30 years of Brazilian franchising. The technique was Strategic Entertainment at its purest.
The Result
24 minutes of theater that opened for the Titãs concert. The performance turned 30 years of technical history into a narrative the audience felt. The lesson: storytelling transforms corporate events into memorable experiences. Not better slides. Narrative architecture.
